Chris Palmer, MS, PE has a variety of geotechnical experience
throughout Oregon and Washington since 1999. His experience includes
geotechnical analysis and design, exploration observation, construction
monitoring, and field instrumentation. He has worked on projects over a
wide range of markets employing a variety of geotechnical approaches
including deep foundations, preloading and surcharging, ground
improvement, temporary and permanent shoring, and cement amendment. Mr.
Palmer is proficient at providing practical solutions and timely
services.
